Leather backpack 5

Over the last few months its become increasingly clear to me that I have a real problem. I’ve been in denial for quite a while (unintended, but awesome rhyme), over the role that my purse plays in my back pain. I normally carry a giant tote, and while it fits everything that I need, it definitely makes my back ache if I have to carry it for too long.

I’ve been wracking my brain on how to solve this problem without giving up any of the conveniences of carrying literally my entire life around with me. Seriously, I’m not willing to give up my ability to carry around at least three different sunglasses options, and two pairs of eyeglasses. On top of that, I need to be able to fit an optional sweater in there somewhere, and a couple (hundred) more essentials. I know I have a problem, but I’m only at the stage of admitting to it, not to recovering.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit that my sister has had this problem figured out the whole time. A few years ago, she traded a shoulder bag for a cute backpack. She fits everything in there, and always looks great. Last year for her birthday, my mom and I both chipped in to get her a really nice leather backpack, and I have been envious on the down low ever since.

Well, as per usual Embrazio seems to have come through for me with flying colors! (you might remember them from here, and here.) They just put out the Renaissance Leather Backpack, and they really outdid themselves with it this time. This backpack is basically everything I had been waiting for in a quality investment piece of a backpack. It is beautiful to look at, and incredibly practical to use on a daily basis.

I’ve been a long time fan of this brand because you really can tell that they put thought in to how their products are going to be used. I think that if you are going to invest in a nice leather piece, it needs to be something that you are going to get a lot of use of. Quality leather pieces should last, and stay relevant to your needs for years to come, and I really think they nail those requirements with everything they have put out. The Renaissance backpack is no different. It has tons of pockets that are useful for all situations. My favorite is big zipper pocket in the back of the bag. I go to a lot of music festivals, and love to bring my backpacks with me when I travel, and I feel like I can put my wallet, and other valuables in that pocket and rest assured that they are secured and won’t get stolen.

On top of being super functional, this backpack is also really cute! I love that I feel like I can bring it everywhere from a day hike, to an outing in the city. On top of all of that, it comes in my favorite color of brown leather, it seriously goes with everything I own! Basically what I’m trying to say is that it definitely has my seal of approval, and I would definitely recommend it to someone looking to get a great everyday kind of backpack!

Also, as a side note: There are some crazy amazing deals through the month of November on a bunch of Embrazio’s products on their Kickstarter page!
